How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the travel distance and on the value of the order as follow:

Metropolitan France (domestic shipping)

From zero to €98 = €7
From €99 to €139 = €9
From €140 = free of charge

EUROPE ZONE 1 & 2 COLISSIMO including:
Germany, Belgium, Netherland, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Eire, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Austria

From zero to €98 = €9
From €99 to €196 = €12
From €200 = free of charge

EUROPE ZONE 3 & 4 COLISSIMO & OM1 including:
Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czech republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Leetonia, Lithuania, Switzerland, Greece, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Turkey, Islands of Spain (The Balearic Islands including Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza), Island of Portugal (including the Azores Islands, Canary Islands, Madeira), Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia, Slovenia, Malta. When can I expect to receive my order?

As soon as your order is placed we do everything possible to have your order processed, packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible. Usually it takes 2-3 business days to receive your order if you are based in Metropolitan France. All orders can be tracked by logging into Colissimo website with the tracking number sent with your invoice.

What should I do if I do not receive my order?

Can I exchange my items?

Currently exchanges are not available. Returns for the purchase price of goods must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.

What is the return policy?

Return request must be sent to us within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for all shipping and return charges.
